瑞血新对同步放化疗后骨髓抑制的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞血新对头颈部进展期鳞癌同步放化疗后白细胞减少症的防治。方法71例头颈部进展期鳞癌患者随机分成治疗组(瑞血新+同步放化疗)和对照组(利血生等+同步放化疗)。结果治疗组骨髓抑制有效率30/36(83.3%),对照组有效率16/35(45.7%)两组间有显著性差异P<0.01。结论瑞血新在头颈部进展期鳞癌同步放化疗中有良好的防治白细胞减少的作用。To investigate the response of Rui Xuexin in treating leukopenia after concurrent chenmotherapy plus radiotherapy (CCRT) for processing head and neck squamous cell cancer (HNSCC). 71 cases of processing head and neck squamous cell cancer were divifded into two groups randomly, the treatment group (Rui Xuexin+CCRT) and the contrast group (LI Xue Sheng+CCRT). The response ratio of bone marrow suppression were 83.35%(30/63) in the treatment group and 45.75%(16/35) in the contrast group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups, P <0.01. [Conclusions] RUI Xuexin has good function to prevent and treat leukopenia after concurrent chemotherapy plus radio-therapy.
