摘  要:目的:研究低能量氦氖激光血管内照射对脊髓损伤后神经细胞功能恢复的作用。方法:实验在上海第二医科大学附属仁济医院完成。将72只新西兰兔,用改良Allen氏法损伤脊髓后随机分成两组,一组不用激光照射(n=36);另一组采用低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(n=36)。治疗前检测两侧腓总神经的电生理情况。应用波长632.8nm,能量密度为3.5mW/cm2的氦氖激光发生仪进行血管内照射,1次/d,60min/次。4周后检测超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和双侧腓总神经的电生理情况。结果:激光照射组与对照组比较,腓总神经的潜伏期缩短,神经肌肉传导速度增加,动作电位波幅增加。超氧化物歧化酶活性增强,丙二醛含量减少。两组差异具有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:低能量氦氖激光血管内照射能增加抗氧化的能力,从而减少自由基的损害并促进脊髓神经细胞功能恢复。AIM:To observe the effect of intravascular low level He Ne laser irradiation therapy(ILLLIT) on the functional recovery of nerve cells after spinal cord injury (SCI). METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical Unviersity.Seventy two New Zealand rabbits were made into models of SCI with the modified Allen method,and then they were randomly divided into non laser therapy group(control group,n=36) and ILLLIT group(n=36).The electrophysiological levels of bilateral common peroneal nerves were determined before treatment. He Ne laser with wavelength of 632.8 nm,power density of 3.5 mW/cm2 was for intravascular irradiation,60 minutes each time and once a day.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and electrophysiological level of bilateral common peroneal nerves were detected after 4 weeks. RESULTS:Compared with the control group,the latency of common peroneal nerve was shortened, nerve muscle conduction velocity was increased,and the amplitude of action potential was increased,the SOD activity was enhanced while the MDA content was decreased in the ILLLIT group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:ILLLIT can improve the antioxidative ability to reduce damage caused by oxygen free radicals and promote the functional recovery of spinal nerve cells.
