日本血吸虫肺期童虫收集方法的实验研究

摘　　要：目的建立一种收集纯净肺期童虫的方法。方法用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染昆明小鼠,分别于感染后第1、2、3、4、5、6、7、10、12、14、21天解剖,从皮肤、肺脏、肠系膜静脉及肝门静脉处收集童虫。结果肺期童虫出现的高峰期为感染后第3天,获得最佳收获肺期童虫的时间,建立了回收大量纯净童虫的方法。To establish a new method of recovering pure lung-stage schistosomula of Schistosoma japonicum, mice were infected with cercariae, and the schistsomula were collected from skin, lung, mesenteric vein and portal vein at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10,12,and 21 days after infection. A new method of collection for the lung-stage schistsomula was established, and it had been proved that this method could enable to collect large number of pure lung-stage schistosomula from various sources.
