活性染料大豆纤维/棉混纺织物的染色研究

摘　　要：在大豆纤维和棉纤维的ED型活性染料染色工艺研究的基础上 ,探索大豆纤维 /棉混纺织物同色染色的工艺条件。研究结果表明 ,ED型活性染料染色时 ,元明粉用量可适当增加 ,但纯碱用量不宜过多 ,染色温度控制在 6 5℃。大豆纤维与棉同浴染色时 ,可采用醋酸来调节 pH值 ,以提高两种纤维的同色性。Dyeing parameters and processes of soybean fiber and cotton fiber with ED reactive dyes were carried out, therefore, the union dyeing of soybean fiber/ cotton blended fabric was defined. Results show that dyeing process with ED reactive dyes can operate at 65 ℃ with a certain increase in sodium sulfate and decrease in soda. One bath dyeing process of cotton and soybean fiber can impart them the same shade with acetic acid to regulate the pH value.
