摘　　要：目前哺乳动物的性别控制主要是通过XY精子分离和早期胚胎性别鉴定来实现的。其他常用的性别控制的方法主要有:受精时间控制法、阴道pH值调节法和营养调节法等。本文就性别决定的机理、XY精子分离以及早期胚胎性别鉴定的几种方法进行综述,并对性别控制存在的问题及发展前景进行讨论。The mammalian sex control is mainly realized by XY spermatozoa isolation and identification of early embryo . The other measures that people used mainly include the time control of artifical insemination、modulation of vagina pH and nutrition etc . In this paper,the progress of mechanism of sex determination、 spermatozoa isolation and identification of XY early embryo in mammal are introduced.At last, the questions and prospect of sex control are presented.
