摘 要:采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备了Z型平面六角铁氧体纳米晶,并对其进行离子取代和稀土掺杂.采用X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)对其物相组成、显微结构进行研究.发现在1250~1275℃焙烧温度下就可形成均匀单一的铁氧体纳米晶;磁性能和吸波特性研究表明,纳米晶的磁性能和吸波特性明显优于传统方法制备的铁氧体粉末.在X波段(8~12GHz)和Ku波段(12~18GHz)Co2-Z型铁氧体有多个吸收峰,最大吸收量达65dB,10 dB带宽达到6.5GHz,说明这是一种优质的宽频微波吸收材料.Citrate sol-gel process was used to prepare Z-type ion substituted hexagonal Ba-ferrite nanocrystals. X-ray diffractometry (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the microstructure and crystallization process. It was found that the uniform and single phase Ba-ferrite nanocrystals can be obtained at firing temperature of 1250℃~1275℃; the magnetic and microwave-absorbing properties were obviously superiorior to that of normal ferrite powder prepared by traditional method. Several absorption peaks were observed in the frequence range of X-band (8~12GHz) and Ku-band (12~18GHz) with a maximal absorption of 65dB and 10 dB bandwidth of 6.5 GHz, which indicates that the materials can be used as wide-band absorbers.
