摘 要:目的 观察低浓度臭氧对小鼠生殖生理的影响。方法 试验组小鼠和对照组小鼠分别在 15w紫外灯照射产生的低浓度臭氧环境下和正常无臭氧环境下连续饲养 7周 ,阴道涂片镜检观察雌性小鼠的动情周期。 7周后 ,观察雄性小鼠的精子畸形率、早期精细胞微核率 ;利用放免试剂盒测定雄性及雌性小鼠血清中性激素的水平 ;并取睾丸、卵巢制作组织切片 ,观察是否有组织病理学改变。结果 试验组雌性小鼠体重与对照组雌性小鼠差异无统计学意义 ,试验组雄性小鼠体重比对照组雄性小鼠轻 ;试验组雌性小鼠的动情周期与对照组雌性小鼠差异无统计学意义 ;试验组小鼠的精子畸形率、早期精细胞微核率和血清性激素水平与对照组小鼠差异无统计学意义 ;试验组和对照组的睾丸、卵巢组织切片均未发现异常。结论 本实验中紫外灯照射产生的低浓度臭氧对昆明小鼠的生殖生理基本没有影响。Objective To study the effect of low-level ozone on reproductive physiology of mice. Methods Low-level ozone was created by 15W ultraviolet light. The mice in experimental group and control group were fed in low-level ozone environment or normal environment respectively for 7 weeks. The weight variations of both groups were observed, and estrous cycle of female mice was determined by exfoliative cytoscopy of vagina.Then the sperm abnormality test and the micronucleus test of early spermatids were performed in both groups;serum samples were taken for sex hormone determination by radioimmunoassay kit;specimens of spermary and ovary were taken for histopathological analysis. Results No significant difference was found in the weight variation of female mice,but male mice of experimental group were lighter than those of control group;the difference of the estrous cycle of female mice was not significant;no significant difference was observed in sperm abnormality,micronucleus of early spermatids and serum sex hormone level;no histopathological abnormality was observed in both groups. Conclusion Low-level ozone created by ultraviolet light in our research has no effect on reproductive physiology of mice.
