摘　　要：高糖可导致人脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡,不同浓度的C肽和胰岛素对高糖诱导的内皮细胞凋亡影响程度不同。合理应用C肽可能对糖尿病大血管病变的防治起到有益的作用。High level of glucose could induce apoptosis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. C peptide and insulin had different effects on high glucose induced endothelial cells apoptosis. The reasonable application of C peptide may be helpful in preventing and treating diabetic macrovascular diseases.
