摘　　要：设计了一种新型的多聚合物相变过程监控系统,用于对高分子材料的相行为进行研究。系统主要由传感器、变送器、单片机系统和工控机系统等组成。工控机系统完成了对多聚合物温度、所受正压力、力矩和激光二维散射图样数据的实时采集与分析,AT89C52单片机系统实现对加热室温度和步进电机运动曲线的自动控制。A monitoring system for polymers blending process was introduced.The system is made up of sensors,transmitters,single-chip microcontroller and industrial computer and so on.The industrial computer was used to detect the polymers temperature,pressure,torque and capture the 2-dimension laser scatter images,AT89C52 was applied to control the temperature of the heating chambber and the running curve of the step motor.
