摘  要:目的通过对胫骨远端骨折改进型交锁髓内钉和解剖钢板内固定的生物力学研究,为临床应用提供科学依据。方法尸胫骨6具,固定后通过胫骨骨折内固定的轴向压缩试验,三点弯曲试验,扭转力学性能试验来进行两种固定方法的生物力学研究。结果改进型交锁髓内钉与解剖钢板在骨折固定上有优势,尤其在应力遮挡保护率方面有较大的优势。结论髓内钉设计合理,操作简单,固定确实,手术创伤小,并发症少,是治疗胫骨远端骨折的理想内固定物之一。Objective To measure and compare the biomechanical characteristics of two different fixation types, rither through improved inter locking nail or anatomical plate for distal tibial fracture and evaluate their clinical application. Methods Six fresh cadaveric tibial specimens were divided into two groups and then interlocking nail and anatomical plate were implanted respectively, press test were carried out on biomechanical experimental machine to compare their press and torsion property, as well as the strain distribution of distal tibial. Results Compared with the anatomical plate, improved inter locking nail has the advantages of proper design, good anti-stress focus property, rigid fixation, little trauma of operation and fewer complications. Conclusion It is one of the ideal choices for treatment of distal tibial fracture.
