摘 要:目的探讨人发角蛋白人工腱在膝关节韧带损伤中的运用价值.方法对26例30条膝关节韧带损伤施行人发角蛋白人工腱移植,受伤时间6~24月,包括前交叉韧带12例,内侧副韧带6例,外侧副韧带4例,前交叉韧带合并侧副韧带损伤4例(8条韧带),术后石膏外固定4~6周.结果随访23例,随访时间8~36月,平均22月,随访发现2例病人术后功能改善不明显,按Jenkins标准评价,有效率为91.3%.结论人发角蛋白人工腱是一种较理想的生物材料,用于治疗膝关节韧带损伤疗效确切,值得推广.Objective To discuss the use of the Human-hair kernatin artificial tendons in the injury of the knee ligaments. Methods We perform Human-hair kernatin artificial tendon to repair 26 patients, post-truama 6 months to 2 years, 30 knee ligaments injuries: 12 anterior cruciated ligaments, medial ligaments, lateral ligaments and 4 anterior cruciated ligaments combined coorperated lateral ligaments injuries (8 ligaments), paste cast fixation for 4-6 weeks post operation. Results Follow-up 23 patients, post operation 8 to 36 months, meaning 22 months. There is no significant functional improvement in two patients. Depending on Jenkins crteria, the rate of effection is 91.3%. Conclusion The Human-hair kernatin artificial tendons are ideal artificial biological material. It can be use in treating in injuries of knee ligaments.
