摘　　要：目的探讨AO加压空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法对79例股骨颈骨折患者均采用AO加压空心钉治疗.结果所有病人都获得随访,随访时间6个月～4年,按马元障功能恢复分级,优45例,良26例,差8例,总优良率88.7%.结论AO加压空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折方法简单,疗效确切,值得提倡.Objective Investigate the clinical effect of AO compress cannulated screws treatment femoral neck fractured. Methods Femoral neck fractured 79 cases treat with AO compress cannulated screws. Results Follow-up time was six months to four years, according to Mayuanzhang's score the excellent was 45 cases, good was 26 cases, bad was 8 cases; excellent and good rate was 88.7%. Conclusion It was simply and effective method that AO compress cannulated screws treatment femoral neck fractured.
