摘  要:目的 研究实验性左侧精索静脉曲张(ELV)对附睾雄激素受体的影响。方法 建立青春期大鼠 ELV模型,通过免疫组化及蛋白印迹方法,研究ELV 4周组、8周组与正常对照组附睾雄激素受体表达之间的差异。结果 雄激素受体分布于附睾管各段上皮的细胞核内,ELV 4 周组附睾内雄激素受体的表达比 4 周正常对照组明显增强(P<0.01),而ELV 8周组附睾内雄激素受体表达比ELV 4周组及8周正常对照组均减弱(P<0.01),同组左右侧附睾间未见雄激素受体表达有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 青春期大鼠ELV可导致雄激素受体表达异常,这可能是造成不育或生育力低下的原因之一。Objective To study the effect of experimental varicocele on androgen receptor expression in epididymis of adolescent rats. Methods Establishing experimental left varicocele (ELV) animal model, 4 and 8 weeks after the surgery, the changes of the expression of androgen receptor in the epididymis were studied using methods of immunohistochemistry and western blots. Results There was a remarkable increase of androgen receptor expression in epididymis in 4-week ELV group compared with that of the corresponding control group (P< 0.01). However, in 8-week ELV group, androgen receptor expression was remarkably decreased compared with that of 4-week ELV group and 8-week control group (P< 0.01). In the same group, there was no statistical difference of androgen receptor expression between the two sides of epididymis(P> 0.05). Conclusion Experimental varicocele induces abnormal androgen receptor expression,which may be one of the causes of infertility or subfertility.
