摘　　要：目的:研究复方扶芳藤合剂(红参、黄芪,等)的HPLC指纹图谱的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:(shim packCLC ODS6.0mm×150mm),流动相∶乙腈 水(梯度洗脱);柱温:25℃,检测波长:203nm,分析时间:60min,流 速:1ml·min-1。结果:标示出复方扶芳藤合剂19个共有峰。结论:该法测定的HPLC指纹图谱为复方扶芳藤合剂的质 量控制提供了更全面的信息。AIM: To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the fingerprint of Compound Fufangteng Mixture (Radix Ginseng Rubra, Radix Astragel. etc). METHODS: Chromatographic conditions included Shim-pack CLC ODS column and the mobile phase composed of a mixture of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution), detection wavelength at 203nm. The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1. RESULTS: 19 peaks existed on the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Fufangteng Mixture. CONCLUSION: The method can provide more information for the quality control of Compound Fufangteng Mixture.
