摘　　要：目的建立一种检测精浆前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)和精浆游离前列腺特异性抗原 (F PSA)的方法。方法用化学发光标记免疫技术稀释检测法 ,检测 30例健康男性 ,2 1例良性前列腺增生患者 (BPH组 )和 15例前列腺癌患者 (Pca组 )精浆PSA与F PSA浓度水平 ,用回收试验和重复性试验来验证检测的正确性 ,并进行统计学分析。结果健康男性、BPH组和Pca组精浆PSA分别为 (5 872 4 0± 2 34394 )、(70 80 4 0± 30 3985 )、(32 4 7.5± 10 4 5 .5 )ng/mL ;F PSA分别为 (4 1972 0± 14 86 37)、(4 84 4 13± 194 911)、(1396 .7± 2 6 8.2 2 )ng/mL。回收效果满意 ,重复性试验证明结果可靠、稳定。Pca组精浆PSA和F PSA的浓度明显低于健康男性和BPH组患者 (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论用化学发光标记免疫技术稀释检测法测定精浆PSA与F PSA浓度的结果可靠、稳定 。Objective Healthy men’s seminal plasma contains a lot of PSA. In the current study, we establish a method to detect PSA in seminal plasma and analyze the clinical significance of the detected PSA in seminal plasma. Methods After dilution of seminal plasma, we used the access immunoassay system to detect concentration of PSA in seminal plasma and do the collecting test and repeatability test verification. Results In healthy men’s, BPH’s, PCa’s seminal plsama the concentration of PSA is(587 240±234 394) ng/mL,(708 040±303 985) ng/mL, (3 247.5±1 045.5) ng/mL; the concentration of F-PSA is (419 720±148 637) ng/mL, (484 413±194 911) ng/mL, (1 396.7±268.22) ng/mL. Through collecting test and repeatability test verification, the concentration of PSA in seminal plasma density level is feasible, the result of detection is reliable, and steady. The concentration of PSA and F-PSA in PCa seminal plasma is inferior to BPH and healthy men (P<0.0001). Conclusion The method of detection concentration of PSA in seminal plasma is feasible, the result of detection is reliable, and steady, and the result is reliable.
