摘 要:以Ti(OBu) 4 为前驱体 ,通过溶胶—凝胶法在 4 5 # 钢表面制备TiO2 晶膜 .用FTIR研究了 80℃、4 0 0℃、6 0 0℃下得到的干凝胶的特性 ,用DTA/TG、XRD、AFM等手段研究了涂膜制备时由凝胶向玻璃态的转变以及涂膜的显微结构 ,用动电位极化曲线评估了涂膜样品的电化学腐蚀行为 .结果表明 ,4 0 0℃、6 0 0℃制得的涂膜为锐钛矿型的TiO2 晶膜且有较好的耐腐蚀性能 .With Ti(OBu)_4 as precursor,TiO_2 coatings were prepared on the surface of 45# steel by sol-gel method.The structure of xerogels dried at 80℃,400℃,600℃ were studied by FTIR,the results showed that there were not organic components in dry xerogels at all.The transition from gel to glass of coatings were investigated by TG/DTA and XRD,the results indicated that TiO_2 transformed from noncrystalline to anatase at 548℃,and TiO_2 crystal dried at 600℃ was more integrated than that dried at 400℃.The microstructure of coatings was studied by AFM,the results indicated that the films were integrated and compact.The electrochemical corrosion of coatings were evaluated through potential dynamic polarization curves,the results showed anti-corrosion of the coatings dried at 400℃ and 600℃ were good.
