摘　　要：目的进一步了解阿萨希丝孢酵母(T.asahii)的形态结构特征。方法对T.asahii在沙氏培养基试管培养和小培养,30℃,7天后,取菌落常规制片后进行光镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜观察。结果发现除关节菌丝和节孢子外,T.asahii具有棒状分生孢子、分隔孢子、巨细胞(giantcell)和八叠球菌(sarcinate)样结构和丝样芽管结构。结论阿萨希丝孢酵母菌孢子表面有高度扩张的孔口,孢子链状排列。认为活跃的分隔和出芽能力是该菌的显著特点之一,并提出一些亟待进一步研究的问题。Objective To understand the characteristics of the morphology and development of Trichosporon asahii.Methods The fungous were cultured on sabouraud’s agar under 30 ℃ for 7 days.Then the samples from the colonies were prepared through routine procedure and observed under microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope respectively.Results The Following structures could be noted:calavate conidia arthrospores,giant cells,sarcinate,silky germ tubes.Conclusion It is the first report to claim the spores with pole and some pittings.The reason that so many peculiar structure occoured were discussed here. It is considered that the prominent capability to produce septat and budding maybe one of the characteristics of this fungus.
