日本新潟县中越大地震震害调查及分析

摘　　要：2004年 10月 23日,日本新潟县中越地区发生里氏 6. 8级强烈地震,死亡 40人,受伤 4500余人, 10万余人无家可归;房屋损坏近 14万栋,财产损失约 3万亿日元。作者随日本建筑学会地震考察队到该次地震现场进行了考察,报告主要内容包括:地震概况,地震活动性、地震烈度分布及地震波的特征,震害及分析,经济损失,最后给出了这次地震的震害经验和教训。内容可供建筑抗震设计和今后有关规范的修订参考。The earthquake M (L) =6.8 happened on October 23, 2004 in Chuetsu area of Niigata Prefecture in Japan. The earthquake caused 40 people to die, more than 4500 people to be injured and more than 100,000 people to be homeless; nearly 140,000 buildings to be damaged or collapsed and estate loss of around 3,000 billions Yen in total. In this paper, the report of damages is given based on the investigation of earthquake sites including the seismic outline, activity, distribution of seismic intensity, feature of seismic waves, seismic damages and analyses, and economic loss. Finally, experiences and lessons on the earthquake damages are given in term of investigations. The content in this paper may give a reference to seismic design of buildings and revision of corresponding codes and regulations.
