管状吻合器及多发式直线切割缝合器在消化道重建手术中的运用

摘　　要：目的　总结管状吻合器及多发式直线切割缝合器在消化道重建手术应用中的操作技术、安全性和实用性。方法　 96例消化道重建手术运用管状吻合器及直线切割缝合器。结果　各组吻合均 1次成功 ,无手术死亡病例 ,发生吻合口出血 4例 ,占 4.2 % ;3例出现吻合口瘘 ,占 3 .1% ;3例出现吻合口狭窄 ,占 3 .1%。结论　管状吻合器及多发式直线切割缝合器在消化道重建手术应用中具有使用方便、易于掌握 ,吻合效果安全可靠等优点。Objective To study the application of anastomat and stapler in surgical reconstruction of digestive tract.Methods In 96 cases undergoing surgical reconstruction of digestive tract, anastomat and stapler were used.Results The digestive tract anastomoses with anastomat and stapler in all cases were successfully performed and no patient died during the operation.Complications included anastomotic bleeding in 4 patients (4.2%),anastomotic fistula in 3 (3.1%) and anastomotic stenosis in 3 (3.1%).Conclusion There are some advantages of anastomat and stapler were convenient and reliable in the application of surgical reconstruction of digestive tract.The complications are related to improper use of anastomat and stapler.
