摘　　要：目的　加强血站质量管理,预防经输血途径的医源性感染。方法　严格执行法律法规,提高检验水平,建立信息系统与血液质量追溯系统,确保血液贮存运输的温度要求,产品生产的全过程控制以及全员培训。结果　通过在法规、技术、设备、人员和制度方面采取措施,有效地预防了经输血途径的医源性感染。结论　只有在血站实施全面质量管理,才能保证血液安全。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the quality management of blood center and prevent the transfusion transmitted infectious diseases. METHODS Abide to the law, advance the blood screening level, establish the information and blood quality tracking system, meet the temperature requirements for blood storage and transportation, carry out the total process control and the training for all staff. RESULTS Taken the measurement according to the laws, technology, equipment, staff and regulations we prevented the transfusion transmitted infectious disease efficiently. CONCLUSIONS Only total quality management can assure the transfusion safety.
