摘　　要：笔者通过解剖图书馆基础工作中的纰漏给自动化管理带来的影响 ,从正反两方面论证了在图书馆基础工作中 ,重视各项具体工作的标准化、规范化对现代化管理的重要意义。The paper demonstrates pro and con the importance of emphasizing the standardization of the detailed work of modernistic management by analyzing the influence of the neglect of the fundamental work on automatic management It also expounds the reasons for the mistakes, also, the points for attention and the basic measures are discussed.
