摘  要:从浙江省天目山土样中分离到无抗菌活性的放线菌菌株1254。经诱变处理,得到变株113。该菌株产生一组新蒽环类化合物,定名为变活霉素。菌株1254的细胞水解物中含 LL-DAP,无特征性糖,磷脂Ⅱ型,甲基萘醌为 MK9(H4,H6,H8),因而被归于链霉菌属。根据数值分类结果,认为它接近于 S.omiy(?)tnsis。变株113含 DL-DAP,阿拉伯糖,半乳糖和鼠李糖,磷脂Ⅱ型,甲基萘醌以 MK9(H4)为主。与胞壁Ⅳ型菌各属相比,均有差异。从脂肪酸聚类分析结果看,接近于糖丝菌属 Saccharothrix。The mutant 113 was obtained from a natural non-antibiotic producing Streptomyces sp.1254 by UV irrediation.It produced a group of novel anthracycline compounds designatedmutactimycins.Strain 1254 was placed in the genus Streptomyces on the basis of its morphological cha-racteristics and chemical properties of cells.According to Williams's numerical taxonomicaldata based on more than 50 physiological tests of a total of 375 type strains,the strain 1254is considered to be more resemble to S.omtyaensis in the cluster of S.exfolia(?)us.The whole cell hydrolysate of mutant 113 contains DL-DAP,arabinose,galactose andrhamnose,but its cell envelope does not contain mycolic acids.Comparing with all generaof cell chemotype IV without mycolie acids and with Sacchrothrix which contains taxonomi-cally significant rhamnose,mutant 113 shows differences with them respectively on FA com-position or MK and PL patterns.The conclusion we can draw now is that mutant 113 doesn'tbelong to the same genus Streptomyces as its parent strain 1254 does,and is more close to thegenus Sacchrothris.
