摘　　要：以方正科技 (6 0 0 6 0 1 )为典型案例 ,采用事件研究的方法 ,分析了该股三次收购公告对于目标公司股东收益产生的影响 .实证分析的结果表明 ,尽管目前我国的股票市场还不成熟 。Taking the Fangzhengkeji stock as the typical case,the authors analyse the influeuce of its three merger announcements on the dividends of the stockholders of the target companies by the event study method.The results show that,immature as China's stock market might be,mergers do bring about profits for the stockholders of the target companies.
