高校期刊采访工作的几项有效措施

摘　　要：本文提出了完善期刊采访工作的几项措施:(1)根据馆藏期刊的引用率划分馆藏等级;(2)定期统计期刊借阅率;(3)灵活运用连续性、完整性原则;(4)巧用赠刊;(5)与电子版期刊构成互补结构;(6)积极开展馆际互借、联合征订工作;(7)完善采访人员素质。The paper has proposed several effective measures of improving the work of acquisition university periodicals: (1) Determine grades of library materials by their citation frequencies; (2) Do statistics on the borrowed and read frequency of periodicals at regular intervals; (3) Implement flexibly the principle of consecutiveness and comprehensiveness; (4) Use periodical supplements in a flexible ways; (5) Form a mutual complement structure with electronic periodicals; (6) Actively unfold inter-library loan and joint purchasing among different libraries; and (7) Improve the qualities of acquisition staff..
