摘 要:对涡旋齿端型线的三角函数类修正几何理论进行了深入研究,阐述了这类修正的齿端生成方法及型线的特点.在分析啮合过程一般规律的基础上,采用等距线法导出了压缩腔、排气腔容积在整个工作过程中随曲轴转角变化的通用解析表达式,系统分析了修正参数对压缩腔、排气腔容积和内容积比的影响.推导出的解析表达式适用于包括圆弧类修正的所有三角函数类型线的修正.The geometric theory used for modifying the profiles of scroll wrap ends is thoroughly investigated and the generation procedure of scroll wrap end’s profiles and their features in this category of modification are expounded.On the basis of analyzing the common patterns of meshing process,the equidistance method is used to derive a general analytical expression for evaluation of the variation of volumes of the compression chamber and discharging one with the angle change of the crankshaft during the whole operational process,and analyze systematically the influence of modification parameters on the volumes of compression and discharging chambers as well as the inner volume ratio.The evaluation formulae presented in this paper are applicable for all category of profile modification with trigonometrical functions,including the modification with circular arcs.
