摘　　要：研究了近年来应用 SPICE程序模拟大功率电路的方法。概述了功率电子器件的性能要求及应用 SPICE程序描述大功率电路的语句 ,论述了如何建立大功率电路中关键器件的模型 。Methods of simulating power circuits with SPICE late years are studied. It introduces the behaviors of the electronic elements in power circuits and sums up SPICE programming syntax to modeling power circuits. It explains how to create key parts of SPICE models in power circuits, and evaluates their performances, also gives solutions for problems in simulating power circuits.
