干化学试纸与显微镜检测尿红、白细胞的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用3种显微镜检查法与2种干化学试纸条检测尿红、白细胞的应用价值。方法:按NCCLSLiteratureGP16-A的要求收集1236份临床尿液标本,同时用DiaSysR/S2003尿液分析工作站法、非染色尿沉渣镜检法、过筛法和Multi鄄stixTM10SG、Combur10TestM两种干化学试纸条法进行分析。结果:3种镜检方法与2种干化学试纸条法符合率约在60.0%左右,红细胞与隐血比较,符合率仅为62.5%～82.1%;白细胞与白细胞酯酶比较,符合仅为56.5%～73.0%。MultistixTM10SG试纸条检测隐血,白细胞酯酶的假阳性率高于Combur10TestM,假阴性率低于Combur10TestM。结论:干化学法检测尿红、白细胞有相当高假阳性率和假阴性率;进行尿液分析时应按标准化的要求进行外观或理学、化学、显微镜检查。Objective To investigate the application worth among three methods of microscope and two methods of reagent stripe. Method 1 236 cases of clinical urine samples under the requirement of NCCLS Literature GP16-A were collected, urine RBC and WBC analyzed with the Diasys R/S 2 003 urine sediments analysis workstation,non-stain miscroscopic examination (NSME),filtration examination (FE) and two methods of reagent stripe of MultistixTM 10 SG and combur 10 Test M. Results Three methods of Microscope exmination and two methods of reagent stripe show the conformability as 60.0%,RBC and BLO 62.5%~82.1%;WBC and LEU 56.5%~73.0%. MultistixTM 10 SG reagent stripe has a high rate of error diagnostic(RED) and has a low late of lost diagnostic(RLD) than combur 10 Test M on the BLO and LEU results. Conclusion Reagent strip has a high rate of RLD and RED on the examination of the urine RBC and urine WBC.the standardization and regulation of the examination of appearance,physics,chemistry and mincroscope were suggested on the urine analysis.
