钙离子拮抗剂在老年人慢性心功能不全中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察钙离子拮抗剂在老年人慢性心功能不全中的作用。方法:通过给予普通型和长效型钙离子拮抗剂,观察对慢性心功能不全病人的左室收缩与舒张功能的影响。结果:应用长效型钙离子拮抗剂后心功能不全病人的症状、体征和EF、E/A明显好转。结论:长期给予长效型钙离子拮抗剂,对老年人慢性心功能不全患者的心脏收缩功能、舒张功能均有明显的改善作用,且可延长病人的再入院时间和减少病死率。Objective To observe the clinical application of calcium antagonists in the aged chronic cardiac insufficiency. Method We observed the the effect of administering general and long-effect calcium antagonists on cardiac systolic and diastolic functions. Results The symptom, syndrome, EF and E/A obviously straightened up after administering long-effect calcium antagonists. Conclusion It is very progressive improving for cardiac systolic and diastolic function of the aged chronic cardiac insufficiency to administer long-effect calcium antagonists in a long time. Moreover, the administering can prolong the time of rehospitalization and decrease mortality.
