摘  要:模拟煤烟型氟中毒地区农民燃煤方式,设高氟高硫组(氟化物与SO_2浓度分别为0.631和40.97 mg/m^3)、高氟低硫组(氟化物与SO_2浓度分别为0.583和5.086 mg/m^3),以及无燃煤污染的对照组(氟化物与SO_2浓度分别为0.008和0.191 mg/m^3), SD大鼠自然吸入中毒5个月。实验结果表明,中毒组大鼠均发生了氟斑牙,对照组牙齿无变化;实验组大鼠血清氟、尿氟、骨氟与牙齿氟均非常显著高于对照组。高氟高硫组大鼠的氟斑牙发生率高于高氟低硫组,牙齿病变表现严重,显示SO_2对大鼠的氟斑牙病变有加强作用。For imitation of the real exposure patterns among the peasants using burning pits and stoves in fluorosis prevalent areas, the experiment was carried out in three groups, i.e.High F(0.631 mg/m^3)and high SO_2 (40.97mg/m^3),High F(0.583mg/m^3)and low SO_2(5.086mg/m^2),Low F(0.008mg/m^3)and Low SO_2(0.191mg/m^3)which was taken as a control group. The experimental animal,SD rats, were exposed as described in the above three groups separately for 5 months and fed with food of low fluor- ide content. The result of experiment showed that dental fluorosis was induced among the rat exposed in the first two groups, the high F and high SO_2 group produced severe effect than the high F and low SO_2 gro- up. The dental tissue of the rats in control group was normal.
