关于抗瘤免疫RNA诱生IL-2,细胞毒因子活性的研究

摘　　要：应用抗瘤免疫RNA致敏诱生家兔产生IL-2及细胞毒因子。通过MTT比色法和结晶紫染色法测其IL-2活性和细胞毒因子对靶细胞的杀伤作用,结果是免疫RNA能提高家兔IL-2水平,并且诱生杀伤作用较强的细胞毒因子。The authors prepared anti—tumor i-RNA which was induced by human lang cancer cell. The i-RNA was used to stinulate the rabbits inducing the cytotoxic factor and IL-2. The effect that cytotoxic factor kill L929 cell have been tested with method of crystal violet strain. The result showed, that the cytotoxic factor had strong kill activity. When the serum was deluted to 1:800 it still have 50% kill activity. The IL-2 have distrnct activity.
