摘　　要：介绍了高纤维素型全位置立向下焊条的特点及国内外应用现状 ,针对试验中发现的国产该类焊条药皮设计和制造过程中所存在的问题进行了分析 ,并对药皮配方的调整提出了相应的改进意见 ,为该类焊条的研制和推广应用做了理论上的准备。The characteristics and current applied situation at home and abroad of high cellulose electrode used for vertical downward welding are introduced in this paper.The problems found through experiment about the coating design and manufacture of this kind of indigenous electrode are analyzed,and the corresponding view of improvement is given.This has made preparation for the development and popularization of the electrode in theory.
