口服亲水凝胶骨架片的研究进展

摘　　要：以亲水凝胶为载体的药物控释系统以其独特性质成为当前研究的热点。作为研究方向之一 ,几何骨架片有着广阔的发展前景。本文简述亲水骨架材料在口服缓控释片剂中的应用进程 ,并重点介绍几何骨架片。Hydrogels as carriers for drug delivery system have been a focus in recent study. This review includes the application and research direction of hydrophilic matrix materials in orally sustained-release tablet.It also shows that Geomatrix technology can meet the request of controlled release and has a good prospect.
