摘　　要：海狗油含有具多种生理活性的多烯脂肪酸。本文对海狗油样品的处理方法。Seal oil contains a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The method of separating and extracting the polyunsaturated fatty acids from seal oil, and the assay of content were introduced. The physiological activities of seal oil were reviewed.
