摘　　要：通过红外显微镜可以很容易的得到材料的有关信息 .本文探讨了用红外显微镜法分析聚合物 ,验证界面处理剂的作用的方法 .同时 ,通过面扫描获取特定区域的信息 .The information of the different materials can be gain easily by the FT-IR microscope. This paper studies the different data of different polymer and proves the usage of boundary layer treatment by FT-IR microscope. In the meantime, Scanning can collect data of a defined area.
