摘　　要：应用跨文化管理的理论分析典型案例 :中国—荷兰合作 :云南省森林资源保护与社区发展项目 (FCCDP) ,找出跨文化管理问题产生原因、结果 ,并提出国际合作项目阶段划分理论为基础的各阶段对策措施 ,为西部大开发中的云南国际合作项目提供跨文化管理的理论、原则、方法和指南 。The paper diacussed cross-culture management on international cooperative project by using a case study: Sino-Dutch Cooperation-Forest Conservation and Community Development Project, Yunnan Province/FCCDP. Based on the cross-culture management theory and methodology, the case has been analyzed in terms of cross-culture management problems, their cause-effect and solutions, which can contribute to Yunnan's international cooperative projects' management within China's western development.
