摘　　要：作为一种重要的金融创新,我国货币市场基金刚露萌芽便引起社会的广泛关注。本文论证了我国发展货币市场基金的重要意义,分析了我国发展货币市场基金的有利条件,并提出我国货币市场基金发展的基本思路。As a kind of important financial innovation, the money market fund of our country has aroused extensive concern from its very start. This article firstly states the importance for developing money market fund in our country, then analyzes the favorable conditions for its operation and lastly makes some recommendations as to how to develop the money market fund in China.
