摘　　要：目的　探讨宫外转移滋养细胞肿瘤的本质及病理诊断。方法　应用HE染色、免疫组织化学染色分析 2例发生转移的滋养细胞肿瘤的特点。结果　不同滋养细胞形成的肿瘤其形态结构不同 ,绒毛膜癌主要表达HCG ,上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤主要表达HPL、PLAP。结论　滋养细胞肿瘤是由细胞滋养细胞、合体滋养细胞、中间滋养细胞组成的肿瘤谱系 ,3种滋养细胞衍化的肿瘤在形态及免疫组化表达上有差异 。Objective To discuss the nature and the pathological diagnosis of metastatic trophoblastic tumors.Methods HE and immunohistochemistry stain were applied to the metastatic trophoblastic tumors of 2 cases and observation was made.Results The tumors that were constituted by different trophoblastic cells had differences in conformation and immunohistochemistry stain;HCG immunostaining were exhibited in the choriocarcinoma while HPL and PLAP in the epithelioid trophoblastic tumor.Conclusions Trophoblastic tumors consist of cytotrophoblast,syncytiotrophoblast and intermediated trophoblast;the differences exist in tumors that are made from different trophoblastic cells,it is important to distinguish the different types of trophoblastic tumors.
