辽宁省中熟水稻新品种(系)品质性状的综合分析

摘　　要：对辽宁省2002年和2003年新育成的中熟水稻品种(系)的品质性状进行分析,结果表明:不同品质性状间的变异系数存在着很大的差异。在碾磨品质性状中,整米率变异系数最大;外观品质性状中,垩白率、垩白度变异系数最大;在蒸煮及食味品质性状中,透明度变异系数最大。糙米率和精米率相关系数最大,达0.9017;垩白率与垩白度、直链淀粉与碱消值呈极显著正相关。影响辽宁省中熟稻米品质的主要因素是外观品质,改良外观品质成为辽宁省今后中熟水稻品质改良的主要目标。Rice quality traits were analysed in new breeded mid variety in 2002 and 2003 in Liaoning province . The result showed that :the difference of quality between varieties was very obvious.Among the traits of milling rice quality, the variation of HMR was the greatest. Among the traits of outward rice quality, the variation of ChR and ChD were the greatest. The variation of transparence was the greatest among cooking,nutritional quality. The partial cofficientce between rate of brown rice and rate of milled rice was the biggest ,and it was 0.9017.They were very positive relation between ChR and ChD ,and between AC and GT. Quality of outward was major factor in affecting Liaoning province rice quality .Reforming the outward quality must take it as a main aim.
