摘　　要：高校图书馆对大学生科学素质的培养具有资源和环境的优势,是实施“现代远程教育”的重要阵地,图书馆应采取有效措施,充分发挥自身优势和重要阵地的作用。Libraries of Colleges and Universities have the advantages of resources and environment for developing students’scientific levels. They are important fronts for the“modern distance learning”. The libraries should take effective measures so as to play their own important roles.
