针刺足阳明经穴对家兔胃窦平滑肌细胞舒缩长度及胞内钙离子浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :从细胞水平探讨足阳明经与胃相关的特异性及针刺足阳明经穴对胃平滑肌细胞胞内钙离子浓度的影响。方法 :将 4 5只家兔随机分为生理盐水组 (A)、阿托品模型组 (B)、针刺足阳明经穴组 (C)、针刺足少阳经穴组 (D)、针刺足太阳经穴组 (E)。阿托品造模处理后 ,分离胃窦平滑肌细胞 ,制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液 ,在显微镜下以测微尺测定细胞长度 ,以荧光分光光度计测定胞内钙离子浓度。结果 :针刺足阳明经组 (C)的细胞舒缩长度明显短于其他各组 (P <0 . 0 1) ,且胃窦平滑肌细胞胞内钙离子浓度明显高于其他各组 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论 :针刺足阳明经穴能使阿托品阻断的胃窦平滑肌细胞产生明显的收缩效应 ,进一步证实足阳明经与胃之间存在特异性的联系 ,其效应的产生与引起胃窦平滑肌细胞内钙离子释放有关。Objective:To study the relation between the Foot-Yangming channel relating to the stomach and the cystosolic calcium of gastric smooth myocyte.Methods:45 rabbits were randomly divided into the normal saline control group,the atropine model group,the Foot-Yangming channel acupoints group,the Foot-Shaoyang channel acupoints group and the Fooot-Taiyang channel acupoints group.After having been treated,made the isolate circular smoooth muscle cells of rabbit gastric antrum and mensurated the cell length under the microscope and the concentration of cystosolic calcium with the spectrofluorometer. Results:The smooth myocyte length of the stomach sinus of the Foot-Yangming channel acupoints group was obvious shorter and the concentration of cystosolic calcium was obvious higher than each of the other groups respectively,and there was no significant difference between the other groups.Conclusion:Puncturing the acupoints of the Foot-Yangming channel could make the smooth myocyte of rabbit stomach sinus which had been blockaded by atropine contract obviously,and further verified that there was relative specificity between the Foot-Yangming channel and the stomach.
