平哮合剂治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察平哮合剂对支气管哮喘发作期的临床疗效及其对炎性介质和免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :对照组用定喘止咳片 ,治疗组用平哮合剂 ,观察其临床总疗效 ,对肺功能改善情况及对IgE、IgA、IgM、IgG、C3 、CD+ 4 、CD+ 8、LPO、SOD、NO、SIL - 2R的作用。结果 :观察组临床总有效率与对照组相当。实验室检查各项指标 ,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 :平哮合剂治疗支气管哮喘发作期风痰郁热证具有肯定的疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of pingxiao mixture on bronchial asthma at stage of attack and the regulation effect on inflammatory medium and immunity.Methods:Treatment group was given pingxiao mixture and control group was given dingchuanzhike tablet,the total curative effect,improvement of pulmonary function were observed,and chenges of IgE,IgA,IgM,C 3,CD 4 +,CD 8 +,LPO,SOD,NO,and SIL-2R were determined. Results:The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was similar to that of the control.the improvement of each laboratory indexes were significant better than that of the control.Conclusion:The effect of Pingxiao mixture on brochial asthma at stage of attck was affirmative.
