摘　　要：1844年《手稿》是理解马克思人的全面发展思想的一部基础性著作。在这部著作中,马克思从劳动中发现了人的全面发展的根由;论证了"异化劳动"与人的全面发展的否定性关系;揭示了共产主义与人的全面发展的本质联系,从而为我们全面正确地理解马克思的这一思想提供了重要基础和宝贵资源。Manmcript in 1844 is the basic works to understand Marx's views on the full developmen of man.In this work,Marx found the causes of man's full development form labor ,and demonstrated the negative relations between 'alienated labor'and man's full developmetn;revealed the basic connection between communism and valuable ideological resources for understanding Marx'idea correctly.
