泰胃美治疗重症急性胰腺炎病人胃粘膜出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　了解泰胃美在治疗重症急性胰腺炎病人急性胃出血中的作用。方法　连续观察并比较了重症急性胰腺炎急性胃出血病人应用 ( 2 1例 )和未用 ( 18例 )泰胃美治疗 (治疗组和对照组 )后的出血持续时间、失血量、输血量和中转手术率。结果　与对照组相比 ,治疗组出血持续时间 ( 7± 3天与 11± 4天 )缩短(P <0 0 1) ,失血量 ( 140 0± 80 0ml与 2 2 0 0± 90 0ml)减少 (P <0 0 5) ,输血量 ( 90 0± 50 0ml与 140 0± 70 0ml)减少(P <0 0 1) ,中转手术率 ( 19 0 %与 2 7 8% )下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论　泰胃美对重症急性胰腺炎病人急性胃出血有显著的治疗效果。。Objective To investigate the effects of Tagamet on gastric bleeding of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The contineous gastric bleeding time,lost blood quantities,blood transfusion and percent of operations were observed in 21 patients treated with Tagamet and 18 patients treated without Tagamet as controls.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]It was found that,compared with controls,the contineous gastric bleeding time(7±3 vs.11±4 days, P< 0.01),lost blood quantities (1400±800 ml vs.2200±900 ml, P< 0 05),blood transfusion (900±500 ml vs.1400±700 ml, P< 0 01)and percent of operations(19.0% vs.27.8%, P< 0 01)decreased significantly. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Tagamet can be used for treating gastric bleeding of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. [WT5”HZ]
