肱二头肌短头移位术治疗肩锁关节脱位的应用解剖

摘　　要：在32具(男24,女8)成人尸体标本上对肱二头肌短头进行了观察。测得肱二头肌短头长18.25±3.64cm,肱二头肌短头腱长7.76±1.51cm,肱二头肌与喙肱肌的汇合处距喙突8.58±1.63cm,啄突距锁骨上面的垂直距离为3.66±0.55cm。并观察了喙突的肌腱、韧带附着情况,讨论分析了用肱二头肌短头移位术治疗肩锁关节脱位的应用解剖学问题。The short part of biceps brachii muscle was investigated in 32 adult cadavers(male 24,fe- male 8).The length of short part of biceps brachii muscle is 18.25±3.64cm,the length of ten- don is 7.76±1.51cm.The distance from the part of biceps brachii muscle and coracobrachial muscle join to coracoid process is 8.58±1.63cm.The distance between coracoid process and clavicle is 3.66±0.55cm.The authors observed the tendon and ligment on coracoid process,and also discussed clinical application of biceps brachii muscle on treating dislocation of acromioclavic- ular joint.
