摘 要:本文针对共轨燃油系统高压油泵若干关键问题进行研究,采用高次方函数凸轮模型进行了三作用凸轮的型线设计,应用有限元分析方法和液-固耦合模型,就柱塞偶件不同结构设计方案对其径向间隙和燃油泄漏量的影响进行了对比分析。计算结果表明,首次提出的柔性可变截面柱塞方案可有效减少柱塞偶件的径向间隙和燃油泄漏量,为实现共轨燃油系统高压油泵的性能优化提供了新的技术途径。Some key problems relevant to high-pressure fuel pump in common rail fuel injection system are investigated. The higher degree polynomial curve has been used to determine the profile surface of three-lobe cam. A fluid-solid coupling FEA model is developed to investigate the deformation and fuel leakage from the plunger pinion with increased injection pressure up to 150 MPa. Some newly developed refinements such as flexible and variable cross-section plungers are introduced and comparisons between conventional and refined plunger configurations are made. Comparison results reveal that present refinements can effectively reduce the clearance and fuel leakage from the plunger pinion and is propitious to the increase of fuel pressure. It is anticipated that this approach will pave the way for the optimum performance of common rail fuel injection system.
