摘　　要：根据我国二元社会保障模式的形成过程、各阶段的产生根源和特点以及目前这种保障模式带来的农村社保不"保险"的现实情况,应对打破二元模式的可行性进行探索,并就如何建立城乡结合型社会保障模式进行研究。Abstract: Basis the process of forming of ensuring pattern of the binary society of our country, each stage produce source and characteristic as well as present guarantee the rural that pattern brings not the feasibility condition of 'insurance'. We should explore to break the feasibility of binary pattern, and how to establish town and country to combine the type pattern of social security carry out research.
