摘　　要：　在中小城市中,由于缺乏专业性管理和制约机制、经济能力相对落后等因素,夜光环境存在一些问题。文章对这些问题进行了分析,并针对问题提出了改进意见。This paper discusses the problems existed in the lighting environment at night in middle and small sized cities, because of the lack of professional management and restrict mechanism.Some useful suggestions are put forward based on the detailed analysis on the problems in this field.
