摘  要:研究^(134)Cs诱发放射免疫毒理效应揭示,可致骨髓和胸腺细胞~3H-TdR掺入率明显下降,且胸腺细胞的受抑程度要比骨髓细胞更为显著。^(134)Cs 可致外周血和脾淋巴细胞中T淋巴细胞对PHA的转化反应和B-淋巴细胞对LPS的转化反应受抑,刺激指数降低。T淋巴细胞对^(134)Cs辐射损伤效应要比B淋巴细胞更加敏感。而外周免疫器官中淋巴细胞的辐射敏感性要比中枢免疫器官高。研究^(134)Cs诱发放射遗传毒理效应揭示,可致体细胞中骨髓细胞染色体畸变率明显增升,并诱发PCE微核率显著升高。对生殖细胞,可诱发精原细胞染色体畸变,使畸形精子率明显增加。且在骨髓细胞染色体畸变率、PCE微核率和畸形精子发生率与^(134)Cs的吸收剂量之间均呈现幂函数关系。Study of radioimmunotoxic effect induced by ^(134)Cs showed that the proliferative capacityfone marrow and thymus cells were inhibited with a high dose of ^(134)Cs. Blood and spleenymphocytes were both highly radiosensitive. Their response to PHA and LPS mitogens deersed obviously even under low dose of ^(134)Cs. The results suggested thymus cell seem tobe more radiosensitive to ^(134)Cs than bone marrow cells, blood and spleen T-lymphocyte weremore than B-lymphocytes, and peripherac immune cells were more than central immune cells. Study of radiogenotoxic effect induced by ^(134)Cs showed that by com parison with control,significant increases in chromosomal aberration frequencies in bone marrow cells, in micronu-leus frequencie in bono marrow polychromatic erythrocytes(PCE), epididymal sperm bnora-tli, and in chromosomal aberration frequencies in spermato gonial ccells were observed in-ice treated with ^(134)Cs. The dose-response of the frequencies of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells, FCE micronucleus formation and sperm abnormalities caused by ^(134)Cs injeced were all fittedto power functions.
