摘　　要：科学发展观是中国共产党人审时度势在新世纪、新阶段面对新的发展机遇提出的全新的科学发展观。在深刻理解科学发展观思想内涵的基础上,以科学发展观指导我国社会主义建设的可持续发展意义十分重大。本文在对科学发展观深刻内涵进行解读的基础上,分析了树立和落实科学发展观的关键问题,并提出了推进可持续发展的系列建议。Scientific concept of development is a completely new scientific concept which is put forward by CPC leaders facing new opportunities of development in the new century. On the basis of deeply understanding of essence of scientific concept of development, it is meaningful for us to direct our construction of socialism. This paper gives a profound explanation of scientific concept of development and analyzes the key problem of establishing and fulfilling the concept, also proposes series of suggestions to push sustainable development.
