介质填环对同轴谐振腔均衡器温度特性影响的研究

摘　　要：同轴谐振腔均衡器结构中用来固定探针的介质填环对均衡器温度特性影响较大,由于相应的结构分析很复杂,没有成熟的理论供参考,因而设计难度较大。本文根据简单的理论推导,采用HFSS灵敏度仿真与相关实验相结合的方法确定介质填环长度,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。The medium ring used for fixing the probe in the coaxial cavity equalizer has a great impact on the temperature characteristic of equalizer. For the related structure analysis is complicated and there is no mature theory for reference, the design is difficult. Using the method combines the sensitivity analysis in HFSS and the related experiment, this paper advances how to fix the length of the medium ring, based on the simple theory reasoning. This method has been proved to be efficient in practice.
